My Role
My partner and I concepted, pitched, and designed the entire campaign. from the visual world to the narrative logic. I guided production end-to-end, shaping how five Oakley-sponsored pros would be seen, felt, and mythologized in the final work.

The Problem
Oakley wanted a surf campaign that cut through the noise without betraying the soul of the sport. Every brand was
sun-bleached and interchangeable, all beaches, no depth. They needed a look that honored surf culture but refused to repeat the same postcard imagery that’s been copied and pasted.

The Idea
Shift the lens. Instead of chasing sunshine, we built a campaign around the electricity of water itself — the turbulence, the reflection, the chaos, the calm. We crafted a visual world where the ocean wasn’t a backdrop, but a character: mirrors, droplets, distortions, refracted light, the feeling of being inside the wave.
